Joshua M. Austin

Joshua Austin is a seasoned litigator with a diverse background. A phoenix native, Joshua is a Major in the United States Air Force and a former prosecutor, bringing a wealth of courtroom experience to the Rose Law Group team. He has successfully handled over 30 jury trials and countless bench trials, demonstrating his prowess in the courtroom.
 
Joshua’s commitment to service extends to his work with veterans. As a former Appellate Counsel and a current Disability Counsel for the Air Force, he has passionately advocated for service members, ensuring they receive the benefits and support they deserve. This unique experience provides him with an unparalleled understanding of the complexities of veterans’ disability claims.
 
He earned his Juris Doctor, with a Certificate in Criminal Law, from Pepperdine University’s School of Law, as well as a Master’s in Dispute Resolution from the top-ranked Straus Institute. Joshua graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a degree in Economics.
