Ty Templeton is a Planner and Project Manager at Rose Law Group, supporting land use and development projects across Arizona. His work focuses on entitlement strategy, development review, and coordinating with municipal staff to guide projects efficiently through local approval processes.

Before joining the firm, Ty worked as a Planner for the City of Tempe’s Community Development Department, where he reviewed development applications, prepared staff reports, and presented cases at public hearings. This public-sector experience gives him a practical understanding of how cities evaluate projects and apply zoning and design standards.

Ty is a candidate for a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Arizona and holds undergraduate degrees in Urban Planning and Sustainability from Arizona State University. With this formal education, Ty is committed to pursuing thoughtful development and outcomes that balance growth with community goals.

Outside the office, Ty enjoys golfing, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
